Transparency

Every published policy, decision, and framework.

Public accountability is a paramount pillar of the Society — policies, frameworks, proposals, and decisions are published here for anyone to review, and significant decisions go through community voting and surveys before they're implemented.

Founding Charter of the Great Indian Society

Establishes the phygital civilization framework, the Commons, and the two-tier council governance model.

Read full record

This charter establishes the Great Indian Society as a phygital civilization: physical Commons — campuses, labs, garages, museums, parks, and farms — represented and governed through a secure digital ecosystem. Governance runs through two councils, Trinetra and Parampara, selected by transparent, democratic election. All policy decisions are published for public review and subject to community voting before implementation.

Internal vs. public

Encrypted discussion, public outcome.

Council deliberation runs over a highly encrypted messaging system to keep discussion secure and private. What reaches this page is the outcome: the policy itself, open for scrutiny.

Every record is open to comment.

If a published policy needs a correction, an addition, or a challenge, raise it as a proposal so it enters the same public review and voting process.
